Getting ready for the road

Just Eat's goal is to provide you with everything you need to deliver safely and with maximum comfort, also adapting to different seasons.

What is provided to me?

Just Eat provides you with the essential tools for work:

Clothing: Delivery jacket, T-shirt and complete rain kit (jacket and trousers).

Safety and Transport: Backpack or thermal bag for deliveries and smartphone holder for those using a bike.

Helmet: A branded helmet is provided both for those using a bike and for those using a scooter.

What do you need to have?

Some personal tools are essential and are not provided by the company:

Smartphone and Connectivity: A charged smartphone (at least 80% at the start of the shift) with a stable data connection.

Power: A powerbank to ensure your phone doesn't run out of battery during deliveries.

Other: Any extra personal clothing items.

Technical Requirements and Tips

Vehicle: Whether it's a bike or a scooter, it must be safe, compliant for road circulation and suitable for prolonged use.

Scoober App: To work correctly, your smartphone must be an Android or an iPhone with the operating system updated to the latest version.

Safety: Remember to always wear the helmet and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) that have been provided to you, during every delivery.
