How does pay work?

Just Eat in Italy adopts a model based on transparency and stability:

Hourly pay: You are entitled to base pay for every actual hour of work.

Bonuses: You are entitled to compensation for each delivery and mileage reimbursement.

Tips: If you receive cash tips from customers at the time of delivery, you can collect them directly and keep them entirely.

Monthly payment: The total hours worked in the month will be credited to you on a monthly basis.

Benefits and Contractual Protection

Working with Just Eat guarantees protections comparable to those of other professional sectors:

Holidays and Leave: You are entitled to paid holidays and maternity or paternity leave.

Sick leave: If you get sick, your absences are paid. However, it is essential to notify the company at least 24 hours before the shift and provide a medical certificate or the relevant INPS protocol number.
