JET Campaign Terms & Conditions - UEFA Champions League tickets for new couriers

These terms & conditions are applicable to the campaign UEFA Champions League tickets for couriers (“Campaign”), organised by Express Netherlands B.V., with registered office at Piet Heinkade 61, 1019 GM Amsterdam, The Netherlands (“Just Eat” or “JET”).


  • The Campaign will start on 09 February 2023 and ends on 10 June 2023 (the “Campaign Period”).
  • Only persons who sign up and are hired to work for JET as a courier during the Campaign Period can participate in the Campaign. Persons that already work for JET as a Courier at the start of the Campaign Period are expressly excluded from participation.
  • Participants that act in violation of these terms & conditions will be excluded from participation in the Campaign.

The Campaign

  • During the Campaign Period, Participants can enroll in the Campaign by signing up as a courier and participating in the recruitment process through the “Become a courier” landing page of each country.
  • Once the candidate is approved in the process and has worked their first shift, they will be contacted via email with the details on how to win tickets for the UEFA Champions League tournament.
  • To win the pair of tickets, the courier needs to refer a friend with their individual link. The courier who refers the most friends wins.
  • JET reserves the right to suspend, revoke or extend the Campaign at any time and may do so at its sole discretion.


  • Prizes available in the Campaign are as follows:
    Two tickets per match of UEFA Champions LeagueⓇ quarter-finals and semi-finals for the following countries:
    • Italy
    • Belgium
    • United Kingdom
    • France
    • Spain
  • Travel and accommodation are not included in any of the prizes. JET accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with prizes that are not specifically and expressly included in that prize, including, without limitation, meals, personal expenses, insurance and travel expenses
  • A winner of the Tickets:
    • must be able to travel during the periods required for the applicable event date;
    • must be at least 18 years of age or have a parent or guardian accompany them to the match; and
    • will be contacted by one of our ticketing partners (ATPI) to provide some more details (including necessary personal data) and certain assurances to claim the Tickets.
  • the Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of any supplier(s) of relevant services included in the prize. For example, event rules and policies, in particular UEFA’s ticketing terms and stadium policies.
  • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other goods or services. In case of refusal of the prize and/or the prize cannot be accepted, the prize will remain the property of JET.
  • Tickets are awarded for predetermined matches; winners are not entitled to choose the match they would like to visit.
  • Winners are strictly prohibited from selling their prize to any other person.
  • Prizes are personal and are not transferable.
  • Depending on local law, the value of any prize awarded under the UEFA Champions League activations may be considered taxable income (NL and UK excluded). However, if that is the case, JET will pay any tax and social security premiums due. Your reported total earnings may increase as a result, which potentially has an impact on your tax rates and other governmental benefits. When accepting the UEFA Champions League/UEFA Conference League prize, you acknowledge understanding the potential impact on your tax rates and other governmental benefits.

Selection and announcing the winners

  • Winners will be determined based on the number of referrals they have made under the Refer a Friend programme. The Participant with the most referrals wins one of the prizes.


  • JET’s privacy statement ([link privacy statement] ) and the General Data Protection Regulation apply to the personal information shared by Participants in connection to this Campaign.
  • Any personal data shared may also be transferred to our ticketing partner (ATPI). This data will not be used for other purposes and will be deleted at the end of the campaign.


  • You acknowledge that participation in the Campaign is at your own risk.
  • JET accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Participant as a result of participating in the Campaign or in relation to any Prize.
  • JET takes great care in organising the Campaign, but the possibility that information presented regarding the Campaign is incomplete or incorrect cannot be entirely ruled out. Inaccuracies, spelling or comparable mistakes on the Campaign’s website or other Campaign materials published by JET of whatever nature cannot be held against JET or cause any obligation for JET.
  • Nothing in these Campaign Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of JET for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • JET and third parties engaged by JET are not liable for failures in network, hardware or software by social media channels that cause data to be delayed or lost.
  • In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of JET, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/ or an error which affects or could affect the proper operation of this Campaign, JET reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion, or these terms and conditions, at any stage, without notice.
  • JET reserves the right to exclude the participation of any Participant in the Campaign in case of fraud, misrepresentation or misconduct of any nature.


  • If you win a prize, always consult with your tax advisors. Won prizes must be declared as a profit to the tax authorities.
  • The local law of the country where the Participant resides applies to these terms and conditions.
