Rider Recruitment Process

Your journey to becoming a Just Eat Rider

Here is a clear and intuitive summary of the process to become a Just Eat rider, structured to be simple and quick to read.

Just Eat's goal is to make the onboarding process as pleasant and fast as possible through four main phases:

Phase 1: your preferences

In this first phase you can tell us which vehicle you will use and compare your availability with ours, to understand if we can work together.

You will be asked some questions and will need to upload the necessary documents to verify that your profile is suitable.

Phase 2: Your virtual interview with us

You will be contacted by a recruiter for an introductory interview.

You will receive detailed information on how the work operates, the expected benefits and the next steps.

It's the right time to ask all the questions you have about the company or the role.

Phase 3: Signing your Just Eat contract

If you are found suitable, you will receive the contract to sign.

You will need to complete a questionnaire with your personal data for payroll management (IBAN, TRF).

You will receive assistance and instructions via email and via WhatsApp for each administrative step.

Phase 4: Get ready to start!

Once you've signed the contract, you only need three steps (legally required and paid) to be able to start making deliveries with us:

  • Complete a medical examination (organized by the company);

  • Follow a 4-hour online health and safety course;

  • Participate in an online introductory training.

  • Once these steps are completed, your work equipment will be sent to your home. For more information, you can click here.
