If 1 or more orders are delivered, even with a lower value than 7 Euro, is the rider still entitled to this amount?


Yes. In the absence of orders, the amount of 7 Euro gross is paid in full. If deliveries are made during that hour to a lower value (and without refusing orders) an amount is paid so that the incentive value is reached total paid is 7 euros.
