In the cities that have recently opened the delivery service, there may be lower order volumes if the market is not yet developed on the demand and supply side. Therefore, there may only be a few deliveries to be made. A temporary incentive has therefore been introduced, for at least 4 months from the date opening of each new town or area, which sets a minimum pay of 7 Euro gross per hour even in the absence of delivery opportunities.
