What are the main novelties in the NCBA Rider?

The contract guarantees flexibility and security in the ambit of freelance work, with greater safeguards, from salary to personal protective equipment, to training and supplementary amounts. The main novelties are:

1. Minimum pay of 10 Euro gross per hour worked, calculated in proportion to the time necessary to perform each delivery.
2. Supplementary amounts paid for night work, for work performed during bank holidays or in unfavourable weather conditions, of 10%, 15% and 20% in the presence of one, two or all three of the above conditions.
3. Gross hourly incentive of 7 Euro gross for the first 4 months, in cities or areas that have been newly opened, and even in the absence of any delivery opportunities.
4. Bonus systems, of 600 Euro every 2,000 deliveries made
5. Personal protective equipment such as high visibility clothing and helmets for cyclists, which can be renewed respectively every 1,500 and 4,000 deliveries made.
6. Insurance coverage against accidents (INAIL) and for damages caused to third parties.
7. Training with courses on road safety and the transport of foodstuffs.
8. Prohibition on discrimination, equal opportunities and data protection
